Terms of service

1. The service

Nodemeadow turns text you provide into a spatial map with clusters, connections, open questions, and outlines. Output is derived from your input by language models and deterministic software. It may contain mistakes. You are responsible for decisions you make with it.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 and provide accurate information. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You own what you write and the maps built from it. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. We do not use it to train models. You will not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful.

4. Plans and billing

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are given for the first 14 days of a new paid plan on request. The free plan includes limits that are enforced on our servers and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to access other people's maps, overload the service, reverse engineer the model layer, or resell the service without permission.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability and publish status at nodemeadow.com/status. We may change features with notice on the changelog. We may discontinue the service with 90 days notice and a full export window.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Nodemeadow Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
