What we hold, in one page.
No legal voice here. This is the plain inventory of what Nodemeadow stores about you and how to get it out.
What we store
- Account: email, name, a password hash or a Google account id, plan name, Stripe customer id if you pay.
- Maps: your fragments, the map JSON built from them, the engine that built it, and timestamps.
- Share links: a random token per shared map on Studio, until you revoke it.
- Forms: contact, careers, and help submissions, with the text you sent.
- Operational logs: request paths and timing for 14 days, without map contents.
What we do not store
- Homepage demo dumps. They live in a six-hour memory cache keyed to the exact text and are never written to disk.
- Card numbers. Stripe holds them.
- Analytics profiles. We count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Export
Settings, then Download everything. You get a JSON file with your account, every map, every fragment. Thinker and Studio also export each map as cited markdown.
Delete
Settings, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Maps, fragments, share links, tokens, and your Stripe subscription are removed immediately. Backups age out within 30 days.
Where
Servers in the United States. Model providers may process a single map's fragments in the US or EU under contracts that prohibit training on the data.
